⚠ Verbal cancellations will not be considered official until confirmed in writing.
3. RESCHEDULING OPTION
As an alternative to cancellation, we offer rescheduling options:
✅ Rescheduling 7+ days in advance: No fee.
✅ Rescheduling 3-6 days in advance: 10% service fee.
✅ Rescheduling less than 3 days in advance: 25% service fee.
4. CANCELLATION DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations if such failure is due to:
🌪 Acts of God (fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, etc.).
⚔ War, invasion, or civil unrest.
⚖ Government restrictions or other events beyond reasonable control.
5. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.
