2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

- Review and approve deliverables within the specified timeframes.

- Price quotes remain valid for 30 days, unless otherwise specified.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

7. TERMINATION

Clients may terminate services according to the cancellation terms in their contract and as per our Cancellation Policy.
7.2 Termination by Company
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- The client breaches these Terms or their contract.
- Payment is not received as agreed.
- The client engages in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical conduct.
- Service delivery becomes impossible due to factors beyond our control.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- A breach of these Terms.
- Misuse of our services.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to:
- Natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquakes, storms).
- Civil unrest, war, or governmental restrictions.
- Technical disruptions or labor disputes.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed under the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
